of God. She stands firmly on “His grace is truly sufficient for all things.” And is continually encouraged by
Romans 8:28 [AMP], which states, “And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned
about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are
called according to His plan and purpose.

Dr. Perdue's commitment to community service is unwavering. She is a board member of The Daughters of

an organization devoted to offering an alternative to incarceration for individuals in Miami-Dade County. Her
contributions to the nursing field are also significant, as she is a published co-author for two (2) professional
publications in Nursing Administration Quarterly, a Professional Nursing Journal.

Dr. Perdue’s passion is maintaining compassion and relevancy in a changing society. She believes that we can
be the change we want to see by offering words of encouragement and inspiration, motivating others, and,
most importantly, mentoring formally and informally. Her role as a mentor is a source of inspiration for many,
and she continues to demonstrate the power of authentic transformational leadership in the marketplace.
